چکیده
The increasingly popular design technique called ‘personas’ provides a natural way to introduce issues of diversity and power relationships in software development. Persona development is a powerful technique that must be used carefully. It may be the most effective way to introduce participative approaches into mass market software development. This is of broader significance because it is increasingly risky to work locally without carefully considering the directions of commercial software development.
